SHIPPING

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We take 1-2 business day to ship the ready items that we have in stock. Custom orders takes 2-3 working days to be made and shipped. We ship from 2 countries: Sweden & Macedonia, where is our production.

Delivery time

Standard Shipping

All the custom orders are made and shipped from Macedonia and as non-EU country takes longer than our usual shipping from Sweden, 3-4 working days inside EU, 6-7 working days outside EU.
From Macedonia can take few days extra, depend on the country. In our experience we run on delay issues only in Germany but not always, as the custom clearance and Deutsche Post takes long time for the process. All the parcels have tracking number, so it cannot get lost.

DHL Express

Tired of waiting? No problem, we can send express from both countries. We know, it’s a bit more expensive than the standard but definitely worth it. EU delivery time is 1 day, worldwide 2-3 days to your door, with timing that suits you the best. Feel free to message us and we find the best offer for you.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, we are doing our best for you to avoid extra charges. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.

RETURNS

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. You have to contact me within 3 days of delivery for eligibility. Also you have to return ship the items back within 5 days of receiving the product.

Conditions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept your return if the purchased items are returned in their original condition:

  • having all the original product authenticity tags still attached
  • having all textile labels still attached
  • products have not been washed or altered in any way and do not show any signs of use, such as stains, marks, spots or damage;

Unfortunately I don’t accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for customized products and items which were bought on sale.
